§ 9-53. Obstructions to sight; inspection.
Latest version.
No obstruction to sight shall be placed across a poolroom or billiard parlor in the front part of any building used for that purpose, neither shall there be any obstruction placed across the rear of such building used for a poolroom or billiard parlor. The lessee, owner or proprietor shall at all times keep any such building open for police inspection.
