§ 2-91. Appointment and term of office.

Except as otherwise provided by the charter or other law, all officers and employees of the town shall be appointed by the town manager, and shall serve at the pleasure of the town manager. All such appointments shall be reported to the town council at the next meeting thereof following such appointment.
