§ 2-46. Meetings—Regular.

(a)

Time, place. A regular meeting of the town council shall be held at the town hall on the first Tuesday of each month unless this date conflicts with a town observed holiday or election day, in which event the meeting will be scheduled for the following Tuesday at such time as may be prescribed.

(b)

Order of business. Whenever a regular meeting of the town council shall be organized, the order of business shall be as established by the council from time to time.
