§ 10-133. Yield-right-of-way intersections.

  • (a)

    Those intersections described in a schedule maintained in the office of the town clerk, with a copy in the office of the chief of police, are hereby declared to be yield-right-of-way intersections when entered from the streets second named.

    (b)

    It shall be the duty of the town manager to place, erect or install, or cause to be placed, erected or installed, at the intersections described in subsection (a) of this section, upon the streets second-named in the items of such schedule, signs notifying drivers of vehicles upon the streets so second-named to yield the right-of-way to drivers of vehicles upon the first-named street approaching the intersection.
