§ 1201.19. Annual NIER (RF) certification.

The holder of the conditional use permit shall, annually, certify in writing to the town that NIER levels at the site are within the threshold levels adopted by the FCC. Unless otherwise waived by the town, the certifying engineer must be licensed to practice engineering in the State of North Carolina, however, need not be approved by the town.
